Procurement Specialist

The Procurement Specialist will ensure a steady supply of raw materials and smooth product distribution to meet the ongoing demands of both internal and external customers, minimising disruptions.

As the Procurement Specialist you will be:

•Facilitating the supply of raw material from suppliers using MRP
•Aiding development procurement plans with suppliers in collaboration with the Supply Chain Manager and Sales team
•Entering orders on ERP system
•Supporting the Supply Chain Manager in reviewing and updating QMS documentation
•Monitoring the service rate of suppliers and propose actions in case of unsatisfactory results
•Daily follow-up of orders and taking charge of supplier reminders if necessary
•Report with the Supply Chain Manager and other relevant departments on problems encountered (price, quality, OTD)

Who we're looking for:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist with confident negotiation and effective time management skills. You must excel in communication and building relationships with clients and be great at problem-solving. The ideal candidate will also have Microsoft D365 ERP experience.
