Procurement Officer | Permanent | £32,824 - £43,554 | Hybrid

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a Public Sector Organisation in Derbyshire to recruit a Procurement Officer on a permanent basis.

A strong background in public sector procurement, with an ability to run end to end tenders is required.

The role offers a hybrid working policy with main offices based in Alfreton, Derbyshire.

Role:

  • Manage the tender process through the organisations online procurement portal
  • Undertake the full evaluation of framework and DPS tenders
  • Ensure all procurement activity is undertaken in a timely manner

Individual:

  • Working knowledge of Public Contract Regulations 
  • Experience of running tenders start to finish
  • Understanding of framework agreements, DPS solutions and further competitions
