CPS Group are working with a Financial Services client who is looking for a Procurement Compliance Consultant to assist with executing activities in preparation for DORA compliance by January 2025.

Role: Procurement Compliance Consultant
Rate: £450 - £550
Location: South West
Duration: 8 months
Status: outside of IR35

Overview
The primary responsibilities will be to ensure that all procurement activities, including business critical contracts, vendor agreements, and purchasing processes, adhere to DORA regulations. You'll play a critical role in maintaining compliance while optimizing procurement efficiency. Here are the key details of your role:

1. Contractual Alignment:
* Review existing procurement contracts and assess their compliance with DORA guidelines.

2. Process Enhancement:
* Evaluate procurement processes from requisition to contract execution.

3. Training and Awareness:
* Educate procurement staff on DORA regulations and compliance expectations.

4. Documentation and Reporting:
* Maintain accurate records of contract modifications, compliance assessments, and corrective actions during the assignment
