Responsibilities:Responsibilities for this role encompass coordinating with suppliers to place orders, obtaining and assessing quotes, overseeing the procurement process, and authorizing supplier invoices. Moreover, the position entails addressing inquiries regarding orders, inputting new orders into the system, and ensuring accurate updates regarding delivery and logistical details. Flexibility to undertake additional tasks as required is also expected.

Qualifications/Experience: candidates should demonstrate prior experience in a similar role, along with the ability to commence work promptly or with short notice. Essential skills include strong customer service aptitude, proficiency across all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and adept problem-solving abilities. Additionally, candidates should exhibit a proactive approach to work, capable of operating independently when necessary.
