HYBRID WORKING-The role is mainly WFH Candidates will be required to work in Hounslow House Office 2 times a month.

Description

Role Details:

-You'll support Procurement Managers during the tender process.

-You will carry out the administration of the archiving contract.

-You will carry out the administration of the signing and sealing process.

-You'll respond to general procurement and contract queries are answered or route them to an appropriate channel.

  • You'll provide procurement and contract management support to all departments for their allocated procurement activities.
  • You will support Procurement Managers and senior managers on the operational delivery of procurement projects.
  • You'll input relevant performance data to enable detailed analysis in support of decision-making to drive effective and efficient contract and procurement management.
  • You will carry out the administration of relevant tasks and projects relating to the team.
