Our clients have an amazing new opportunity for an experienced Purchase and Procurement Admin specialist to join their team!

Duties

Dealing with suppliers new and existing

Updating suppliers detail with cost changes

Maintaining trackers and update reporting

Continue to develop excellent working relationships with suppliers

Issue project pipelines and collate and gather information for reporting

Respond to enquiries and issues raised on projects

Issue PQQ’s an SLA’s and chasing suppliers

Collate and report on updated material lead times

Collect information on supplier rebate figures for year end

Prepare and formulate quarterly procurement reports

Assist with procurement tenders

Experience

Previous experience in Procurement is Essential
