Process Operator

My Telford based client is currently recruiting for a Process Operator. As the Process Operator you will be required to work a set shift pattern that will involve Days and Nights and will include weekends.

Salary up to £30k depending on experience

Responsibilities:-

• Ensure products meet the standard for quality
• Run the plant to standard operating procedures
• Maintain records on and hourly/daily basis
• Ensure safe working practices
• Support training of process staff
• Any other duties/projects that are reasonable and within the skills and ability of the post holder.

Skills and experience:-

• Observant and very good attention to detail
• Escalate when if problems occur
• Challenge to ensure success is achieved
• Good communication skills to interact with fellow team members
• Team worker
• Excellent attendance and punctuality

Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
