Process Operative

Our client is looking to recruit several process operatives to join a friendly team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated & driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career.

Duties will include:

• Performing routine tasks on production equipment
• Quality assurance and in-process testing
• Be proactive in troubleshooting production issues and working with colleagues to resolve issues swiftly
• Working in a busy production environment on a range of process tasks

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Previous process experience
• Preferrable an understanding of working with chemicals
• Be an excellent problem solver
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail

Hours of work:

• Working on a continental shift pattern: 3 on / 3 off, 8.00 - 8.00
• Averaging 42 hour working week

Rates of pay:

First 12 weeks:

• Basic: £13.14 per hour plus shift allowance
• Shift Allowance: £2.82 per hour
• Overtime: £19.71 per hour

After 12 weeks:

• Basic: £13.59 per hour plus shift allowance
• Shift Allowance: £2.82 per hour
• Overtime: £20.39 per hour
