We are currently recruiting for one of our trusted clients who are look for aProcess Improvement Expert to join their team! Join our client, a leading player in the pet health services and insurance industry, as they aim to secure the coveted position of the UK's #1 Pet Insurer.

Main Responsibilities as a Process Improvement Expert

  • Be responsible for the design and redesign of some customer journeys and end-to-end processes to support enhanced customer experience, growth, efficiency, and current strategic goals.
  • Get insights from customer research and market analysis, understand current challenges, and pain points and identify great ideas and innovations to help us define customer journeys.
  • Help adapt, improve, and document processes for new markets.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Analysis and (re)design of customer journeys
  • Business model and process mapping
  • Process improvement from a customer experience and efficiency perspective.
  • Designing new end to end processes.
  • Lean/Six sigma
  • Agile delivery experience
  • Insurance experience would be great!
