Process Engineer

If so at Futures recruitment, we have an exciting opportunity to work with a rapidly growing manufacturer who are opening a new site and looking to appoint a Process Engineer.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Process Engineer, fitter or maintenance engineer to look a machinery and have the ability to implement continuous improvement strategies to optimise it.
Process Engineer - Role & Responsibilities
* Adhere to lean standards and train operatives in 5S, Kanban, Kaizen, etc
* Adhere to TPM plan to ensure OEE meets KPI
* Ensure products are manufactured in accordance with the assigned production schedule
* Implement lean strategies to optimise machinery
* Ability to reduce machine down time, improve daily function, improve quality and or increase production rate.
Process Engineer - Skills & Abilities
* Awareness of lean and continuous improvement, Kanban, Kaizen, etc
* Appreciation of quality (ISO9001) and EHS (14001, 18001) standards
* Minimum 3 years' post qualification experience for a manufacturing business
