Process Engineer required. Our client is a well-established manufacturer of electronic components based in the Sandy area. Due to ongoing success and growth of the business they are seeking an enthusiastic Process Engineer to join the team.

Process Engineer Position Overview

  • Identifying and implementing areas for continual improvements to the production processes
  • Overseeing the change management process to ensure employees understand and are onboard with required changes for improvements
  • Carrying out analysis of changes for impact and feasibility studies
  • Identifying the available resources with staff, materials and budgets
  • Creating clear implementation plans, and regularly monitoring the progress

Process Engineer Position Requirements

  • Previous experience within a role relating to Continuous Improvement, Process Engineering, Lean Manufacturing or Change Management
  • Qualifications within engineering or manufacturing is desirable
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience within an Electrical / Electronic Engineering industry is desirable but not essential
  • Based in a commutable distance of Sandy

Process Engineer Position Remuneration

  • Competitive salary
  • Full-time, Permanent position. Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:00, Friday 08:30 - 16:00
  • 28 Days Holiday, including bank holiday. Increasing with tenure.
  • Pension
