ob Opportunity: Process Assistant (Part-Time, Saturdays)

Location: Marklane, Greater London

Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Pay Rate: £13.15 per hour

About Us: Berry Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic individuals with a "can-do" attitude for part-time Saturday roles. We are working with a Public Sector client based in Marklane. As a Process Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer Incoming Calls: Handle customer inquiries related to booking appointments and additional services.
  • Webchat Support: Respond to webchat queries promptly and efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot Customer Issues: Resolve customer service problems and provide general information to support visa and citizenship applications.
  • Professional Customer Experience: Ensure each individual receives a professional, efficient, and considerate customer experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work as part of a team to achieve common goals.

Contract Details:

  • Initially, roles are for a six-month period.
  • Option to transition to a fixed-term contract.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Webchat Experience (Preferred): While not essential, prior experience with webchat applications is advantageous.
  • Call Centre Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with call center operations.
  • Computer Proficiency: Proficient in relevant computer applications.
  • Customer Service Knowledge: Understand customer service practices and principles.
  • Data Entry and Typing Skills: Excellent accuracy and speed.
  • Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Stress Management: Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate records.
  • Trustworthy and Reliable: Deliver high-quality customer service with professionalism.
  • Team Player: Display commitment and flexibility.
  • Organizational Skills: Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
