Probate Legal Secretary – Tunbridge Wells – up to £27,000 – Hybrid role

This exceptional law firm is actively seeking an experienced and considerate Legal Secretary to join their impressive and talented team in Tunbridge Wells. They are an established and highly reputable law firm known for their commitment to excellence in legal services. They have a fantastic team culture and really invest in their staff’s wellbeing and development!
  
This role will be working within their Probate team, providing crucial support. You will be working within a friendly, dedicated team of legal secretaries, covering a range of duties, including dealing with enquires, file management, case system input, arranging of appointments, document preparation, audio dictation and general administrative support.
  
You ideally will have prior experience within and knowledge of Probate law, however similar experience within Family Law, or Tax Planning will also be considered. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills and audio dictation ability, along with a warm and proactive approach.

Location: Tunbridge Wells
Salary: up to £27,000
Hours: 9:15 am - 5:30 pm (with 1.15 hours for lunch)
Additional information: hybrid role working 2 days in the office after probation period
