Probate Case Manager

Due to an exciting growth period in our existing portfolio of work, NewLaw Solicitors are seeking a passionate and dedicated Probate Case Manager to join our award winning Probate Team. It takes an empathetic nature, emotional intelligence, and a desire to help people that may be going through a very difficult time to be a Probate Case Manager.  You will play a crucial role in our Private Client Team, assisting clients with estate administration and probate matters. 

Having spent some time working in an estate administration role, you are now ready for an opportunity to develop with your own case load. Our culture is progressive and based on recognition and we pride ourselves on developing our team.

About you

• 2-3 years experience working within a legal sector, ideally within a private client 
• Experience managing a probate caseload of both grant only and estate administration cases.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise with clients during difficult times
• The ability to progress your case load in a timely and efficient manner.
• A law degree or be CILEX would be desirable, but this is advantageous
