An outstanding opportunity has emerged for a Senior Associate with a minimum of 6 years PQE to join a dynamic Trusts and Estate Planning team at a prominent legal firm.

Catering to a diverse range of client needs, from tax and estate planning to asset protection, the firm's team is adept at preparing trust deeds, letters of wishes, and other essential documents throughout the life of a trust.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 
   Trust Establishment:
   • Advising clients on the establishment of family trusts for tax planning, estate planning, and other purposes.
   • Preparing comprehensive trust deeds and ancillary documents.
2. 
   Trustee Support:
   • Assisting family members in understanding and fulfilling their duties and responsibilities as trustees.
   • Providing guidance on the advantages of appointing professional trustees.
3. 
   Trust Management:
   • Managing trusts based on client preferences and circumstances.
   • Handling day-to-day trust management activities.
   • Preparing trust accounts and overseeing annual tax compliance.
4. 
   International Tax Planning:
   • Providing advice on offshore trusts, addressing international tax planning concerns.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 6 years PQE with a strong background in trusts and estate planning.
