The Role

This leading Top 50 UK firm, are seeking Private Equity Associate to join their L500 Ranked London Team.

You will be adding value to an already experienced team, who can provide a range of interesting, complex matters from a prestigious client base.

The specialist PE team sits within this firms wider award-winning Corporate group.

The private equity team advise across a wide range of private M&A and private equity transactions, acting for corporates, private equity houses and other leading financial institutions.

Requirements

• You will be a Private Equity/ Corporate Associate with 2 PQE +
• Proven experience in the areas mentioned above
• Trained, Qualified, Experience from recognised team.
