The Job: Private Credit Operations Senior Associate
The Client: Globally Renowned Wealth Manager
The Location: London
The Opportunity:
Globally Renowned Investment Manager has seen huge expansion within their Private Credit Strategy and therefore are looking to add headcount at a mid-senior level. Commercially focused role managing internal and external providers.
The Responsibilities:
- Sit within their PC Operations team managing all oversight of outsourced Loan Agencies and Fund Administrators
- Sit with the PC Deals team feeding the relevant reporting accordingly.
- Manage the Loan Closing Process internally.
- Implement and improve current system and processes in place.
- Act as lead Subject Matter Expert within their London Offices
- Coordinate all loan servicing and settlement between the Investment Team and Outsourced Providers.
The Role:
- 5+ Years within Private Credit/Similar Closed ended Strategies
- Expertise in loan servicing, fund operations, loan syndication and trade support
- Well versed in working closely with stakeholders - confident working closely with the Deals and Investment team as well as managing outsourced providers
- Proven record in ensuring efficient output from all TPAs.
- Strong Excel/System Implementation a bonus
- CLO background will also be looked at but not complete necessity.
