Wills & Probate - Solicitor / Lawyer / Legal Executive
Location: Telford (with some travel to Shrewsbury and Wolverhampton)
Hours: 35


Key Responsibilities:
Drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney
Undertaking probate and Court of Protection applications
Managing your own case load efficiently
Working to and achieving deadlines in a busy office environment
Interacting with clients, professionals, and third parties to provide excellent service
Participating in business generation and development

Requirements:
Experience in Wills and Probate matters
Clear understanding of the Solicitors’ Code of Conduct and Money Laundering Regulations
Excellent organisational, written, and IT skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (experience with case management systems is ideal)
Exceptional file management skills with a keen attention to detail
Strong teamwork and communication skills
