Exciting Opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor in Cheltenham!

We are currently seeking a talented Private Client Solicitor to join a highly regarded Law Firm based in Cheltenham. This presents an excellent chance for an experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years PQE and a solid foundation in private client work, particularly in deputyship and court of protection matters.

This role offers a welcoming and professional team environment. The Law Firm is dedicated to delivering a streamlined private client service, covering wills, lasting powers of attorney, estate and trust administration, and court of protection work. Our clientele includes medium and high net worth individuals across the Cotswolds, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, London, and throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage a caseload under supervision, ensuring cost-effectiveness
  • Accurately maintain and reconcile financial accounts and spreadsheets (Excel familiarity is desirable, and additional software training will be provided)
  • Demonstrate ambition and a willingness to acquire new skills
  • Collaborate effectively as a strong team player
  • Exhibit excellent written communication and attention to detail
