A prestigious boutique regional firm are seeking a dedicated Private Client Solicitor. This esteemed firm invites applications from talented individuals with a minimum of three PQE, ready to embrace the challenge of managing a small team.

You will be entrusted with the running of a full caseload of private client matters, ensuring the delivery of exceptional legal services. This role is not just about legal expertise; it's about leadership. While previous managerial experience is not a prerequisite, the firm is keen to welcome a solicitor with the ambition and drive to advance into a managerial position, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth and team development.

In this pivotal role, you will be the guiding force for a trainee solicitor and a support staff member, shaping their professional journey while enhancing your own supervisory skills. Your influence will extend beyond case management to moulding the future of legal practice within the firm.

Those with a blend of Private Client and Court of Protection expertise will find their unique skill set highly valued, but COP experience is NOT essential.

Benefits: 

- 20 days per annum, plus Bank Holidays. Holiday entitlement increases every two years (1 day) to a maximum of 30 days.
