This very well-respected private client team is looking to expand and add an additional solicitor or legal executive to its busy private client department 

What is on offer?

  • Flexible hybrid office and work-from-home arrangement (minimum 2 days/week in the office) 

What will you do? 

  • Handle a broad private client caseload to include:
  • Wills, Probate and LPAs, (trusts and tax planning if appropriate) 
  • This firm has a separate Court of Protection team, but if you'd prefer a hybrid COP and more usual private client matters – this could be an option  
  • Advise on complex matters where appropriate 

Who will this suit? 

  • This role will suit a fee earner with at least 2 years' PQE within private client 
  • You could be a Legal Executive or Solicitor
