Private Client Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with a firm with over 70 years of history in northeast Surrey. 

You will join a firm that has many long-serving staff including two equity partners, one of which started with the firm as an office assistant and now is a shared owner of the firm. 

The team is a collegiate group that has nurtured and cultivated a warm environment where staff feel valued.

This role would suit an experienced Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive who is looking to take on a new caseload of private client matters. Matters you will handle include: 

• Wills
• Probate
• Tax, Trusts and Estates

In order to proceed with this application you must: 

• Be qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive (although non-qualified fee-earners are welcome to apply)
• Keen to assist with marketing duties
• Enjoy being busy
