Private Client Solicitor

  • Location: Partick, Glasgow
  • Salary: Competitive, depending on PQE

My well-established client is currently seeking an ambitious and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their established team in Partick, Glasgow. Suitable candidates will be keen to progress into a more senior position, with my client offering genuine partnership potential in the future.

Day-today of the role:

  • Manage a busy Private Client caseload with a focus on Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Executries.
  • Work closely with the company partners and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
  • Provide expert legal advice and maintain high standards of client service.
  • Meet demanding deadlines and manage client needs effectively.
  • Drive business growth with a commercial mindset.
  • Occasional duties in Conveyancing if qualified, cross-departmental responsibilities.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Confident managing own caseload focused on wills, powers of attorney, and executries.
  • 3+ years PQE.
  • STEP qualification (or working towards).
  • Ambitious and driven to contribute to team growth.
  • Ability to manage demanding deadlines and client needs.
  • Ability to handle contentious matters related to private client work.
