Due to strategic growth plans, a Private Client solicitor is sought to bolster my clients well-established department, based out of its Nuneaton office.

The Role

You'll be working within a Partner lead team surrounded by experienced fee earners who will be there to assist and support you. You will work on a range of private client matters including (but not limited to):

  • Wills and probate
  • Lasting powers of attorney
  • Court of protection
  • Trusts and estate administration

The firm will aid and support your personal and professional development and encourage you to progress within the department. They will also fund STEP accreditation.

About You

You'll be a qualified solicitor (NQ to 4 years PQE) with a strong academic background. The role will involve supporting with existing matters as well as being proactive in developing your own caseload.
