Private Client Solicitor

My client is a successful high street practice based in the beautiful surrounds of Wantage offering the usual range of private client and commercial services to businesses and individuals around the Oxfordshire and prevailing area.

It is regarded as a friendly and supportive place to work, with many long serving staff members.

The private client team provides advice to a broad range of clients, including to wealthy individuals with business interests, investments, and multiple properties.

The firm is seeking to recruit a full or part time Private Client Solicitor or equivalently qualified fee earner, to work with full support, advising on matters such as:

• Estate Administration
• Deeds of variation
• Inheritance tax mitigation
• Wills
• LPAs
• Tax Planning

You will ideally be:

• A minimum of 5 years’ PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Sound technical expertise across all areas of private client work
• Some expertise in the areas of taxation and trusts would be advantageous
