What will you do? 

  • Advise on a broad private client caseload 
  • Wills, Estate Administration, Probate, Lasting Power of Attorneys, Trust and Inheritance Tax Planning and Trust administration 
  • Keep up with changes in the private client market 
  • Contribute where possible to the development of the department and client base 
  • Lawyers with a particular interest/niche in Trusts could take on a more Trusts based focus  

What will you need? 

  • To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive 
  • Ideally with at least 1 year of private client experience – Those with many more years’ experience will be considered
