This Devon-based, full service law practice is looking to increase headcount in its already very successful private client team 

My client seeks a private client solicitor or legal executive.

What will you do? 

In this role you will advise individuals mainly across the South West on broad matters to include:

  • Estate planning
  • Wills
  • Trusts
  • Power of Attorney matters  
  • Tax
  • IHT

You will be joining one of the county’s largest and most ambitious firms/teams, and your clients will be of mixed wealth to include those of a high net worth nature 

What will you need? 

  • Solicitors and legal executives ideally with at least two years’ experience within private client are encouraged to apply
  • You will have handled your own caseload and be used to working to high quality standards
  • Having either ACTAPS or STEP membership would be an advantage but certainly not essential - The firm will support you in gaining these memberships if you wish  

This is a very supportive team, and you will be encouraged to work together to continually build on an already very strong reputation 

This role can be offered on a full-time or part-time basis with a competitive salary.
