Private Client Solicitor - Newport

TSR Legal have recently been instructed to assist a South Wales law firm as they look to strengthen their Private Client department with the appointment of an additional NQ Private Client Solicitor.

Our client has a fantastic reputation locally handling a broad range of private client matters with a focus on offering excellent client care. The firm have undergone some exciting changes and now have a new opportunity for an additional Solicitor to join them.

The Private Client department handle a broad range of Private Client matters acting on behalf of individuals as well as small and larger businesses.

As a Private Client Solicitor within the department you will have hands on experience of preparing deeds of variation, gifts and deeds of family arrangement, obtaining grants of probate, estate planning as well as a range of other private client matters e.g.

  • Providing inheritance tax advice
  • Taking instructions and preparing LPAs
  • Drafting and administering trusts
  • Dealing with Court of Protection applications

To be considered for this role, our client is requiring a candidate who has recently qualified as a Private Client with good technical knowledge as well as the desire to grow & develop within the team.
