I am seeking a skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess 2 years or more PQE experience, covering a broad spectrum of cases including wills and probate, estate planning, trusts, inheritance disputes, power of attorney arrangements, elder law matters, tax planning, contentious probate litigation, charitable giving advice, and personal affairs management.

Requirements:

• Adherence to Lexcel standards and the SRA code of conduct is essential.
• Proficiency in wills and probate, estate planning, and trusts.
• Demonstrated excellent academic qualifications.
