Private Client (Probate) Solicitor

About Us:  We are a well-established law firm with a reputation for excellence in providing bespoke legal services to our clients. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Probate Solicitor to join our team.

The Role: As a Private Client (Probate) Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of probate matters. You will provide expert legal advice, support, and representation to our clients during what can be a difficult time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering estates of varying complexity.
  • Preparing and advising on wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
  • Providing tax planning advice and dealing with inheritance tax matters.
  • Establishing and administering trusts.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with experience in private client work.
  • Strong experience in probate and estate administration.
  • Excellent client care and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to professional development.
