This prestigious law firm is currently seeking a dynamic Private Client Solicitor to join their esteemed team.

Based in London, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive legal services to the firm's valued private clients, including individuals, families, and high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on a wide range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and inheritance tax planning documents.
  • Providing tailored legal solutions to meet the unique needs and objectives of each client.
  • Managing and administering estates, including dealing with probate applications, estate administration, and inheritance disputes.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent communication, professionalism, and personalized service.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
  • Ability to use case management systems
  • High standard of computer literacy
  • Must have good time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to demonstrate specialist knowledge about Private Client Law.
