Private Client Solicitor - NQ

A private client lawyer is required by a regional firm in Cheshire to deal with a wide variety of wills and probate work.

Role Overview

In this role, you will handle an existing full caseload of high-net-worth matters and be actively involved in working to grow the Private Client team.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career to deputise for the Head of Department. You will assist the Department Head by carrying out the allocated duties in a professional and efficient manner, meeting with clients' needs whilst contributing to the overall cost-effective management and success of the department.

Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking and private client solicitor with the following experience/characteristics:

  • A Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive, NQ upwards.
  • You will have a broad range of experience in Will drafting, Trusts and Tax Planning, Estate Administration, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications.
  • You will be able to autonomously run a varied Private Client caseload.
