QED Legal are keen to speak with Private Client Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executive regarding a role we have for a well-respected Legal 500 law firm in Bucks.

The ideal candidate will be NQ to 6 years of experience within private client, be capable of managing a mixed & varied caseload, and have obtained or keen to obtain a STEP / SFE qualification.

The department is specialist on advising the below:
  • Wills and inheritance disputes
  • Declaration of Trusts
  • Deeds of Variation
  • Probate and Estate Administration
  • Writing and Reviewing Your Wills
  • Inheritance Tax Planning
