My client, a leading Legal 500 law firm, has a fantastic opportunity to join a busy private client team based in Cheshire. The successful candidate will deal with a wide variety of legal advice to a variety of clients including Wills, Probate, Trusts and Court of Protection work

This role will suit an experienced Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive, who has recently qualified, or, is due to qualify in the coming months, to join this busy department. An enthusiasm and aptitude for business development is vital. 

Main Duties:
  • Preparation of tax-efficient wills
  • Inheritance tax mitigation and asset protection advice
  • Utilization of lifetime trusts, particularly with Family Investment Companies
  • Estate administration, often involving taxable estates or complex factors
  • Trust administration
  • Preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Applications to the Court of Protection
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical and communication skills, a solution-focused approach, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.

Key Qualifications and Responsibilities:
  • Excellent knowledge of wills, trusts, and probate.
  • Experience in providing high-quality advice to high net worth individuals.
  • Trained at a national or leading regional firm preferred.
  • Ability to maintain strong client relationships and promote firm services.
  • Proven track record in obtaining referrals from contacts and referrers.
