Role Overview: As a Private Client Solicitor within our esteemed firm, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive legal advice and services to our valued clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic team, handling a varied caseload and contributing to the continued success of our Private Client department. Responsibilities: * Manage a caseload of private client matters, including wills, trusts, estate administration, and lasting powers of attorney. * Provide expert advice to clients on complex legal issues relating to inheritance tax, estate planning, and asset protection. * Draft and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. * Liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties to facilitate the smooth progress of cases. * Stay updated on changes in legislation and legal developments affecting private client law, maintaining a high level of professional knowledge and expertise. Criteria: * Qualified Solicitor with NQ-2 years PQE, with a strong background in Private Client law. * Demonstrated experience in handling a range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, and estate administration. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. * Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. * Commitment to providing exceptional client service and upholding the firm's reputation for excellence.
