An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Partner to join a highly regarded, legal 500 law firm in South West London. 

The Ideal Candidate:
  • 15 PQE: The candidate should have at least 15 years of experience as a qualified solicitor, demonstrating a deep understanding of legal practice.
  • Experience as a Senior Associate or Partner: Prior experience as a senior associate or partner within a law firm indicates the ability to take on a leadership role and contribute significantly to the firm's success.
  • Passion and Business Acumen: The successful candidate should be passionate about their work and possess strong business acumen. This combination can help drive the firm's vision and contribute to its growth and success.
  • Networking Skills: The ability to attend and occasionally host networking events is important for building and maintaining relationships with clients, potential clients, and other legal professionals.
  • Leadership and Team Management: The candidate should have a proven record of successfully leading a team. This includes not only managing legal cases but also supervising and guiding less experienced staff. Strong leadership and people skills are essential.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintaining existing client relationships is crucial. Additionally, the candidate should have a track record of increasing fee-earning work, contributing to the firm's continued success.
  • Department Growth and Development: Actively participating in the growth and development of the department is expected. This includes sharing knowledge, providing supervision and guidance, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental goals.
