Private Client Paralegal
Due to my client's continuous growth they are now seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Paralegal to join their Private Client Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside a senior solicitor and support the broader team in a inclusive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare wills and lasting powers of attorney.
- Conduct client meetings to gather instructions for various fee-earning tasks.
- Work autonomously and collaboratively on diverse legal matters within the department.
- Participate in team projects and provide assistance as needed.
- Maintain and foster relationships with existing clients while contributing to the development of new connections.
- Coordinate with other departments within the firm on joint initiatives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a paralegal in a private client department.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Commitment to thorough legal drafting and analysis.
- Excellent teamwork abilities, collaborating effectively with colleagues of all levels.
- Capacity to prioritise tasks and adhere to strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in IT and the capability to work in a paperless or paper-lite environment.
- Exceptional project and time management skills.
- Practical and efficient approach to task assignment.
