A well-established law firm in the West Midlands seeks a motivated and enthusiastic NQ Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their expanding Wills, Tax & Probate team in the Sutton Coldfield office. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in a supportive and client-focused environment.
What you'll do:

• Assist with all aspects of private client work, including drafting wills, handling probate matters, and advising on inheritance tax planning.
• Work closely with senior team members to develop your legal knowledge and practical skills.
• Build strong relationships with clients, providing clear and empathetic guidance during a sensitive time.
• Ensure all client matters are handled efficiently and accurately, meeting deadlines consistently.
• Contribute to the smooth running of the team and support colleagues where needed.

Who you are:

• A qualified NQ Solicitor or a Chartered Legal Executive with a keen interest in private client law.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• A meticulous and detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
• A genuine desire to provide exceptional client service.
