Private Client Locum Solicitor

Our client, a well-regarded firm in West Sussex are looking for a Private Client Locum Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the team on an ongoing basis whilst they recruit on a permanent basis.

This role is office based, the ideal candidate will be able to provide a minimum of 3 days per week, secretarial support is provided as well as convenient parking.

Whilst the role is office basked, they are more than happy to be flexible around working hours, including late starts or early finishes to make it as feasible as possible for the successful candidate.

This is a great opportunity to collaborate with an experienced group of private client solicitors.

The workload will consist of: 

• Wills, Probate, Trusts and LPA’s
• Estate Administration
• Lasting powers of attorney
• Obtaining the Grant of Probate
• Estate Accounts
