My client, a leading law frim in Walton - on - Thames is looking to recruit a legal assistants or administrators to provide support to our busy private client team.
responsibilities.
  • You will provide legal and administrative support to our private client team
  • Assisting in the management of a caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, trusts, lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection work
  • Drafting legal documents such as Lasting Powers of Attorney and correspondence
  • Liaising with clients in person, by telephone and correspondence, taking enquiries, making appointments
  • Managing client files and ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate
  • Providing general administrative support to the team skills and experience required.
Requirments:
  • A minimum of six months of experience as a private client paralegal or administrator
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Highly motivated, proactive individual with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
  • Proactive and able to use initiative to solve problems
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and have an excellent telephone manner
  • Experience of case management systems and digital dictation
  • A genuine interest in private client law and a desire to develop your skills in this area
