Private Client Lawyer - Rustington - circa £30,000 DOE

We have an outstanding opportunity for a Junior Private Client Lawyer to join this dynamic and vibrant Private Client team based in their Rustington office

They welcome applications from new qualifiers (NQ) or Paralegals with experience in handling wills, LPAs, and related matters.

Responsibilities: As a Junior Private Client Lawyer, you will be involved in a variety of private client matters, including:
  • Court of Protection
  • Wills
  • LPAs (Lasting Powers of Attorney)
  • Tax planning
  • Trusts
Key Requirements:
  • New qualifier (NQ) or paralegal with experience in private client matters
  • Ambition to progress and develop expertise in private client law
  • Career-driven individual with a commitment to professional growth
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively

Location: Rustington
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm
Salary: NQ: £30,000 (DOE), £40,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
