Lexcel accredited practice in Norfolk is actively seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer.

Joining our client’s thriving office in King’s Lynn, the successful candidate will handle a busy caseload of private client matters, whilst proving to be eager to learn and develop their career.

Responsibilities    
•    Wills
•    Administration of estates
•    Lasting powers of attorney 
•    Court of Protection matters
•    Managing elderly clients’ financial affairs
•    Inheritance tax issues
•    Drafting trust documents 
•    Probate

The Candidate
•    Solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of two up to four years’ PQE
•    Solid experience in private client matters gained within a reputable firm
•    Excellent client care skills
•    Empathetic approach
•    Ability to explain complex matters in clear, accessible language
