Much loved and historic law firm with offices in Brighton and West Sussex seek an experienced Private Client lawyer with the drive to lead their busy team. The firm is LEXCEL accredited which reflects their commitment to quality service and this is also shown in the way they treat their staff with excellent salary and benefits packages and the ability to share their success with bonuses paid when realistic targets have been met.

The role will see you inherit a busy caseload of Wills, LPA's and Administrations from their mixed clientele including some HNW as you would expect from a firm with a strong reputation amongst the communities they serve.

You will have a minimum of 5 years PQE gained in a specialist Private Client Role and the desire to lead a team. STEP qualification will be necessary for this role however for the right candidate support may be given to achieve this.
