Private Client HOD/Solicitor - East Sussex/Hybrid My client is seeking a Private Client solicitor to join their highly reputable multi-office firm in the East Sussex area as a HOD. You will be responsible for running your own case load and mentoring and leading the team. As the Head of Department, you will be expected to have an outstanding level of knowledge and understanding of this area of work. The role will include drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Declarations of Trust, dealing with Trust administration and the administration of estates, as well as providing tax advice to a range of clients. You will be supporting and managing the team with complex cases or transactions as well as business development and leading the current, well established team. The role is hybrid but candidates must live in the South-East as travel to clients in their homes may be required.
