Private Client Fee Earner

We’re seeking a dynamic and hardworking Fee Earner with experience in Private Client to join our award-winning client’s team in Dartford. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the Private Client team, running their own caseload. The team are large and have years of experience, with a great support staff function!
Key Requirements:
- Must have Private Client experience
- Experience in Fee Earning – ideally Legal Executive, newly qualified (NQ) Solicitor, or STEP member
- Confidential and able to handle sensitive information
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Run own caseload with Solicitor sign-off
- Preparation of trusts and powers of attorney
- Updating clients on case progression
- Assist other fee earners as required
- Estate administration
- 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
- 1-hour lunch break
- 20 days + shut over Christmas
