You:

This role would suit an ambitious and professional fee earner, either qualified at NQ to 3 or with 2-3 years paralegal experience in a fee earning capacity.

You will have a great working knowledge and ideally some local connections and networks. You will value high quality service and you should be able to off support to more junior colleagues in your team. There is the opportunity to lead here.

If you have STEP membership or are interested in going into that direction then the firm would love to hear from you.

You should have a full driving licence.

The firm are a well known player in the south west who are known esepcially for their Private Client work. The firm has enjoyed steady growth in recent years and have clear plans for the future.

Role:

You can expect to handle the usual busy varied caseload , typically complex estate administration (some experience of dealing with estates containing an agricultural and business element and significant financial investments preferred), advising on Will Trusts as part of the estate administration process, Deeds of Appointment and Variation, again with an estate administration focus.
