JOB TITLE: Private Client Fee Earner
Location: Warminster, Wiltshire
Hours: Full Time, Office based. 9-5:30
Salary: Competitive / DOE

The firm
A reputable high street Law firm is expanding their Private Client department, they're looking for experienced Fee Earners, executives or Paralegals to join on of their many offices. This is a friendly family run law firm with a great working environment and company benefits. Looking to interview ASAP.

DAY TO DAY TASKS:
* Provide comprehensive legal advice to a diverse range of private clients on matters including wills, trusts, estate planning, tax planning, probate, Court of Protection and Power of Attorney
* Independently manage your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring all client work is completed to a high standard.
* Assist in the management and administration of trusts, including liaising with trustees and beneficiaries.
* Participate in business development activities to maintain existing client relationships and establish new ones.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
* Experience working in Private Client department
* Ideally 1+ PQE or track record of billings.
* Able to work independently on a caseload - support is provided where needed.
