Private Client Fee Earner

GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a progressive and award-winning Legal firm in Solihull who specialise in a multitude of Legal services.

They are looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join their dynamic team on a full time, permanent basis.

They are seeking a motivated 3-5-year PQE solicitor, CILEX or similar to enhance their busy private client department based at their Shirley office. This is a great opportunity to join a firm that is renowned for providing excellent service to clients. Successful candidates must be a qualified Solicitor or a Chartered Legal Executive. This role will suit a qualified Private Client Solicitor (or similar) looking to further their career with a reputable firm.

Private Client Fee Earner main duties:

• Probate and administration of estates
• Trusts - creation, TRS and administration
• Post death variations
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Wills
• Court of Protection applications

Property Lawyer/Solicitor desired skills and experience:

• Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive/STEP
• Good knowledge of trusts, administration of estates, wills, powers of attorney, court of protection applications
• Ability to manage a full, mixed caseload of private client matters
• Excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivation and a track record of providing excellent client service
