Private Client Fee Earner - Regional Law Firm in Wiltshire - Hybrid Working About the Role: Join a reputable regional law firm based in Wiltshire as a Private Client Fee Earner. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within our esteemed Private Client department, focusing on providing high-quality legal services to our valued clientele. You will play a pivotal role in handling a diverse range of private client matters, with the flexibility to work both remotely and in-office. Responsibilities: * Manage a caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration. * Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their individual needs and objectives are met. * Conduct legal research, draft documents, and prepare correspondence as necessary. * Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service at all times. * Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of legal services. Criteria: * Minimum of 3 years PQE in private client law. * Demonstrable experience in handling a variety of private client matters. * Strong technical skills and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
