A new opportunity has come to market for an Account Handler to join a highly reputable insurance broking firm to work closely with their High Net Worth Private Clients, based out of their busy offices in the Southport area.

Working as Private Client Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing an existing book of High Net Worth clients, with expectations to expand the current portfolio whilst also generating new business opportunities.

Our client prides themselves on their ethos of trust, integrity and always putting their clients first, therefore excellent customer service and relationship skills are a must.

This is a great new role for an individual with insurance experience and first-class client servicing skills to take the next step in your career.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven insurance experience with the interest, drive and desire to progress your career in the sector.
  • Knowledge of Personal Lines products such as Home and/or Motor insurance would be highly beneficial.
  • The ability to develop, manage and maintain relationships with clients in a highly professional manner at all times is essential.
  • A strong sales and development acumen, in order to cross-sell and grow the book of business.
  • Effective time management and planning skills, able to work well under pressure and prioritise workload.
  • First-class communication and customer service skills, both in a verbal and written manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing an existing book of High Net Worth business, handling renewals and mid-term adjustments in a timely manner
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, providing clear, professional communication at all times.
  • Assessing client requirements to ensure you provide the best possible solution to meet their insurance needs.
